Hello everyone. Today, letâs talk about my Eat Stop Eat results. Before I talk about my Eat Stop Eat results. Let me define what Eat Stop Eat entails. First, Eat Stop Eat is the process of switching between fasted and feed states. More simply stated this is the process of eating for a certain period of time then fasting for the rest of the day. The purpose of this is to give your digestive system time for maintenance in order to improve your health. So for me, I am feed for 7 hours of the day then I fast for 17 hours. On a typically day, Iâll eat lunch around noon then have dinner at 6 pm. After 7 pm, I do not eat until noon the next day. To summarize, I eat two meals at noon and 6 pm and fast for the rest of the day. Now with my plan outline, letâs discuss my intermittent fasting results. Before intermittent fasting, I weighed about 190 lbs. with a lot of body fat. After 3 months of intermittent fasting, I lost 25 lbs. and drop my body fat level under 10%. These results were incredible for me. I had never been that lean and muscular before. In high school, I was skinny, but I never had any muscle or definition. This is due to the maintenance time I give my digestive system through fasting. -Mental Clarity: Another great aspect of intermittent fasting is an increase in mental clarity. It is amazing how much clearer you think while fasting. For me, I am able to focus and be more productive with intermittent fasting. This is something you must experience yourself to appreciate.
